1. 15-Day No Pay Guarantee

We offer a 15-day no pay guarantee, allowing clients to use any product on our website for 15 days without any payment. During this period, clients can evaluate the product and decide whether it meets their expectations. If a client chooses to continue using the product after 15 days, they must make the payment.

Once the payment is made after the 15-day period, no refunds will be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The customer has encountered a technical issue with the software that prevents it from functioning as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

  • A duplicate purchase was made due to a technical error.

 

Note: If a client has used the 15-day no pay guarantee and then made a payment after the trial period, they are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The customer does not achieve the expected profit or trading results (as trading involves inherent risks).

  • The customer fails to follow provided installation or operational instructions.

  • Any claims made beyond 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • The software has been downloaded, installed, or used after purchase.

  • Refund requests based on personal financial conditions or trading losses.

  • The customer has utilized the 15-day no pay guarantee and then made the payment.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first may result in a permanent ban from using our software and services. We encourage customers to resolve any issues directly with us to ensure a smooth resolution.
